The European Parliament has approved the Erasmus + program for the period 2014-2020, which entered into force on 1 January 2014.
The Erasmus + program is in line with the Europe 2020 strategy, the Education and Training 2020 strategy and the Rethinking Education strategy and encompasses all education, training, youth and sport initiatives. In educational matters it covers all levels: school, vocational training, higher education and training of adults.
This program focuses on formal and informal learning beyond the borders of the EU, with a clear vocation of internationalization opening to third countries with the aim of improving the educational and training capacities of people for the employability of students, teachers and workers.
The projects that, like EUni4All-Network, are part of this action should address the following priorities:
Supporting opportunities for all in acquiring and developing key competences, including basic skills.
Social inclusion
Innovative practices in a digital era
Supporting educators, youth workers, educational leaders and support staff
Develop activities to support students with disabilities to complete training cycles and facilitate their transition to the labor market.
